Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

More than 7 days prior to booking
You can rebook to another available date free of charge by contacting Snällfabriken. In case of cancellation, the amount of the reservation will be refunded minus any booking and payment fees.

2—7 days prior to booking
The reservation can be rebooked once to another available date. No refunds will be made upon cancellation.

Less than 48 hours before reservation
The booking cannot be cancelled or rebooked. This also applies in case of illness or other personal problems, as the venue, time and possible preparations have already been reserved for your booking.

Courses and Tickets
A course seat or ticket may be transferred to another person. Notify Snällfabriken before the start of the booking with the new participant's name and contact details.

If the Kind Factory needs to tune
If Snällfabriken cancels a course, venue booking or podcast studio time, you are primarily offered a new date. If you do not meet the new date, the full amount you paid will be refunded.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule or transfer your booking. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
